Charlie Steele is the founding partner of the Firm. His practice areas include representing employers and employees experiencing conflicts in the workplace. He also represents disabled students in special education cases. His experience also involves representing small and medium businesses regarding a variety of legal matters including incorporation, shareholder disputes, lawsuits and issues presented to the Board of Directors or the Managing Director of these businesses. Attorney Steele also has substantial experience in representing public school districts relevant to labor, governance, and disputes with claimants demanding recompense for breaches of contract. School administrators and teachers often seek Attorney Steele's counsel when their job security is threatened. Finally, Attorney Steele is skilled in the areas of personal injury and civil litigation.

Attorney Steele has four grown children and eight grandchildren. His son Jonathan is a Partner of the Firm. He and his wife Christine reside in Allegheny Township, Westmoreland County. Traveling, reading, boating and reveling in the joy of family are Chris and Attorney Steele's favorite pastimes, not necessarily in that order.
